There are a lot of reasons why people bully each other. Bullying can make them popular or look tough and in-charge. Some bullies do it to get attention so that many people are afraid of them. Besides that, some people bully for no reason except the victim looks different in some way. Perhaps, it is the colour of their skin, the way they talk, their size, or their name.
Many students self-harm or commit suicide due to the pressure from being bullied. All these things happen at school. Students need to be brave and report to their teacher whenever they get bullied. Teachers and administrators do not have control over factors which produce children who are inclined to bullying. However, the bulling problem can be greatly reduced in severity through appropriate supervision, intervention and a safe climate at school.
In conclusion, every bully has different characteristics. There are no clear schemes or strategies that can stop the problem from occurring. By being able to stop, deal with, and offer long-term bullying support, we can target bullying at all junctures. Remain vigilant in our places of business or educational institutions.
